This week we’re joined by the amazing Hannah Lewin to tackle all things fitness. Hannah is a London-based personal trainer and fitness instructor who works exclusively with women and hates diet culture. She believes in an anti-diet, size-inclusive approach and has such a refreshing take on exercise and wellness. In this episode, we talk about how she carved her own anti-diet route in the exercise industry, decoupling weight loss from exercise and Hannah’s five top tips for finding your exercise groove.

We also get Hannah’s take on your questions, from deciding whether or not to work out, to not falling into fitspo traps and tuning into your body’s intuition.
