I write about why I hate diets and funny stuff my Nan says. 

For a long time I was a chronic dieter and, a couple of years ago, I had a pretty bad patch of disordered eating which led to losing my period, my hair and my marbles. Luckily, I later found Intuitive Eating, Body Positivity and the HAES approach to health which totally transformed my relationship with food, fitness and body. These days I eat what I want, run around when I feel like it, roll my eyes when people mention clean eating and am in a long-term relationship with potato.
